For most pre-orders, there will be a processing time of 10 - 13 business days before the package is delivered, which includes quality control checks prior to shipment.

Specific items require a processing time of 15-20 business days before the package is delivered, such as:
1)  Items that require extra care and sensitive shipping ( e.g. glassware set )
2)  Custom made items and artwork that is getting shipped to us from our partnering artisans

Items that are ready as instocks will be dispatched from our warehouse within an estimated 2-3 working days.

Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the parcel to the address you provided us. 

Customer is required to keep track of the dispatched parcel using the tracking code provided. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.  Expect longer transit time during major local/international Holiday season. 

Please note that for any bounced parcel (after two unsuccessful deliveries), it will be returned to us and we may charge you for a redelivery fee, if you repeatedly fail to take delivery of the package.
